Adequate
Stayed from 27/12 to 30th /12 hotel clean but facilities very shabby, lift broke down twice when we were there. Long walk up to 5th floor. Room tiny but adequate, clean, warm, hotel well situated to explore the city. Dining room tiny also adjacent kitchen. Had to queue for table for breakfast and constantly running out of food and had to wait to replenish. Staff pleasant and helpful, overall very basic but we were site seeing so did not spend a greaty deal of time in room. adequate for what we needed, well priced

good price,good staff and accomodation
I had an enjoyable stay at Queen Anne. Hotel is in the very centre of the city near the Tram and metro, shops, and 5 minutes to Grand Palace. My room was tastefully decorated. I found the trouser press in my room very useful :) I only spent 2 nights there for my business trip and next time I will stay longer and see the all beauties of Brussels!

Youth hostel
Price was ok for the state of the hotel. The location was good. First staff when we arrived at 2am on 14th Feb 08 was really friendly & helpful. The girl staff was helpful but she was constantly on the phone. The room was small and the decoration was minimum. There were some spilled marks on the carpet. The noise from the other hotel room was bad & also the noise from the street, we could hear this all night. The washroom was ok. The breakfast was ok, normal bacon, scrambled egg, cereal, bread, tea & coffee.

"The perfect place to stay on Brussels"
and helpful, and the breakfast is above the average when you campare it against other places. Great location, just 1 block away from the metro, and 15 minutes walking from the north terminal (Gare du Nord). Even when is not in the center of the action, you have some good restaurants near and small stores where you can buy some basics and with the metro you can reach any part of Brussels on a just 5 minutes ride on the Tram or Metro. I know many hostels that charge you the same or more and none of them compare with this place. I spend many hours on the internet (sounds familiar?) comparing prices and locations and I can say that this was the best option and after spending 2 nights here, I can tell that is the best choice. Of course if you are looking for a cheap place for $20.0 usd a night well probably this is not the right place and you should look for a dorm on a hostel, but if you want a low budget, nice hotel, then this is the place to go.
