"Great Terrace Bar" It was a very pleasant stay at the Radisson Hotel in Biarritz. The hotel was very comfortable, rooms were spacious and tidy. Staff were not particularly friendly. The actual hotel is well located, not far from beach, shops and restaurants. The highlight of the actual hotel is the rooftop terrace bar/restaurant where you can enjoy an (expensive) drink or meal and views over the beach and Basque countryside. There is also a pool on the top of the hotel. All-in-all, if I was going to Biarritz, I would probably stay at the Radisson again. It was rather expensive but in line with everything else in Biarritz! Very nice...

"super hotel with great staff" Was in Biarritz for a golfing weekend with some friends. The Radisson was in a good location with great views to the sea from the roof terrace. The food was excellent and the rooms were clean and large. The staff went out of their way to please. I would definitely recommend it.

"Great Hotel and great Staff" I have had the pleasure of staying in this hotel three times in the past year and I have to say "it was great". The staff at the hotel were most helpful, especially the concierge, Marlene, who booked us an excellent restaurant for every night we stayed there. I found the location of the hotel excellent, especially loved the roof top pool and bar with its fantastic views. I found the food in this part of France the best to be found. I did e-mail the hotel prior to my arrival to check if it was possible to check-in early, as my flight was quite early, and to my delight and my friends, our rooms were ready with a sea view also. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

"Really good hotel, now the Radisson SAS" We arrived in the middle of a thunderstorm & were checked in quickly & efficiently. The very pleasant & helpful staff were putting out umbrellas for guests. Very nice, large room, two double beds which were very comfortable & seating area. bathroom was large & clean with several choices of toiletries. Only one bathrobe, though! Secure underground car park with low roof - beware, we chipped the spoiler on our car when we opened the boot!!! Breakfast was good, not the best we've had but plenty of variety. Most importantly for us, the hotel is really dog friendly, we were able to sit in the bar with him & also took him down to breakfast in the morning & tucked him away in a corner. It's a pleasant 10 minute walk into the centre of Biarritz from the hotel, either by the seafront or down a street that leads from the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

"Fabulous experience" We spent a week at the Radisson SAS in Biarritz and couldn't fault the experience. We had spacious accommodation and the service was first class. Recption staff made every effort to be welcoming and informative, even ringing around restaurants for us to find vegetarian meals. The adjoining spa is outstnading, great equipment, lovely hot tub and frequent fitness classes with first class trainers. All these carried a local charge but were exceptional value for money. Food in the Radisson was excellent, wtih good quality regional dishes and excellent bread! The outdoor pool was a welcome treat during an unseasonably warm week. Biarritz is a gem and the hotel complemented all the other pleasures we experienced. Highly recommended in the price bracket. I'd be very confident about this chain since staying at the Biarritz location. Well done!

"Wonderful stay" I stayed at the Radisson SAS with my girlfriend for 10 nights in early September. The hotel is, as most Radisson SAS, very mordern with efficient and helpfull staff. The best things about the hotel were the size of the rooms and the rooftop pool. We had two double beds in our room, a large desk and a seating group, lots of storage place for our belongings and all the amenities we needed. If you need something extra just call the one-touch-service... The hotel is situated a 5-10 minute walk from the city center, with restaurants, bars and boulongarie's close by. The nearest beach is wonderful and is just across the street and down a good 100 steps! But be aware of the high tide, the beach is then non-existant! The only negative thing we experienced during our stay was the slow service during the buffet breakfast. Only a couple of days we arrived there were available tables that had been cleaned. We have also experienced a greater selection at other Radisson SAS hotels, but the quality offered was good. We would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend the hotel and the charming city of Biarritz.
