A former dairy laboratory and cheese factory, the building that houses the hotel has a rich and long history visible in the numerous pillars in the older part of the building and the several paintings of cheese and mice around the hotel.

Environmentally aware guests will appreciate the special attention the hotel pays to environmental matters.

This hotel's only potential drawback is the short tram ride to the centre of the city. Nevertheless, the product is of a very high standard and comes highly recommended.
