Very pleasant,clean and good sized bedroom and bathroom.Excellent buffet breakfast and polite ,helpfulstaff .It is a quiet hotel in a quiet location. Don't be misled by the description of "a few metres"from the Royal palace .playa major etc, they are a long walk!I think it should read " a few metro stops".However the metro is right outside the hotel on a convenient line with frequent trains,so easy to reach all the places of interest.

We stayed there for a couple of days.The hotel is very clean, looks like a typical place businessman staying at. Service was perfect, everyone at the reception was very helpful and spoke fluent english. They booked us for the one of the best flamenco shows and we really enjoyed. Rooms were cleaned and new, nice and big bathroom. You can order food to your room. The entrance to the metro station is just outside the hotel door. Takes a couple of munites to walk to the city center. We didnt have any troubles with any noise at all.
