"Excellent value for money"
We paid £59 for a sat night including breakfast. The rooms are basic but modern and very clean just like the whole complex. The service was first class and now we've found this hotel we will not stay anywhere else in Bournemouth

"Couldn't do better than to stay here"
I read the other reviews on Tripadvisor after having booked this hotel and was in complete agreement. This really is an excellent hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms large and spotlessly clean and the light airy minimalist design is very attractive and still comfortable. It is great come across an hotel like this and if I return to Bournemouth this is where I will stay again with no hesitation, I have also reccomended it to others already.

"Great location"
What a lovely hotel, very new, lots of parking for free outside & underground. The staff were very friendly.
The location was great as walking distance into town & places to eat.
The hotel/room was upto date with all mod cons, but found that it had a shower only as I like a bath. The bed was very comfortable too.
The heating was a problem to work out like the other person said & wasn't quiet had to switch it off.
The open air cupboard isn't for my liking but one can put up with it for a weekend.
The food was nice, but only had breakfast, but lots to choose from.
Would recommend it too anyone.

"The staff are a credit!!!!"
As a well travelled (uk and worldwide) traveller, I have to say only great things about this hotel and their staff!
we started our weekend in a gay hotel, sadly..... Promised a great rate for the weekend over the phone then when checked in, charged the full rate. After speaking to the "owner" was told to like it or get a refund on the unused days and move on. We took the latter. (This woman lied to get the booking then didn't stand by her promise.)
Thank god we did!!!! The encore was a stylish hotel with the most comfy of beds and pillows. Beautiful bathroom and perfect position for all Bournemouth had to offer! (I am not easy to please normally but this place pushed all the buttons and more.
The best of all was the staff. All staff were most courteous and were more than happy to chat with you (which is not normal in most hotels I have stayed in!) More advice than you requested, a cheery hello when you walked in and the same when you left! Specia thanks to Sam, Ed and the dark haired girl on at the same time as Ed.
Breakfast was buffet and eat as much as you like. LOads of great coffee and pastries too!
Thank you to all at the Ramada Encore, you are a credit to your company and you made our weekend away something that could have been average into a place we want to return to!

"Fabulous value for money"
This must be the best value for money in England! Forget the chintz and patterned carpets which usually adorn hotels in this area, this place is funky bright and clean. Rooms are large and contain everything you need with cool ensuite wet rooms power shower and stainless steel and glass sink units.
Laminate floors and tiles prevail which add to the feeling of spaciousness and cleanliness. Beds are v. comfy and large and each room has a/c and heating control so you can control your environment.
Breakfast is included and has everything you need to start the day.
Staff were friendly and efficient with not a hint of Basil Fawltyness which we would usually associate with Bournemouth.
Tip: If you get the hotel to book you into a local restaurant for dinner (there's a good selection available) you get a 10% discount!
Would recommend this place to anyone who hates chintz, showers that dribble 3mls of water/min and rude / indifferent staff.
