"wonderful holiday"
recently returned from a chritmas shopping trip to Prague. We stayed at the Ramada symphony grand hotel right on wenceslas square, and a short walk to all major attractions. Rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean, service was excellent, staff were very friendly, generous tasty hot and cold breakfast buffet. We also booked through "pragueexperience" a night dinner cruise and a night at the ballet, we were given excellent seats and the tickets were delivered to our room at the hotel. For a special evening meal we recommend the kampa park resteraunt by Charles bridge, who even supplied a limo service free of charge to take us back to the hotel. Will definately return to this hotel hopefully in the spring!

"Good place to stay"
The hotel is central and within short walk to the old town. The hotel doesn't look much from the front but the rooms are large and modern and the breakfast was ok. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

"Tour all day, and Party all night!"
Just returned from a fun trip in Prague. Hotel location is great. The city shops and tourist attractions start around 10am. Bars and Cafes close around 4am. So you can tour all day and party all night, walk back to the hotel, and still have 6 hours to sleep. Public transportation (except for a tram) stops at midnight, and starts back up at 5am, so if you rely on them to get back to your hotel from the night life activities, you'll have less party time. There are many McDonalds (3+) in the area that opens 24-hrs. I find them to be safe and inexpensive locations for pit-stops. There are some police around, but I think the establishments self-police the area to keep it a safe place. There are teenagers in the area even at night. I don't think it's any more dangerous than other areas in the city.

"Very well located!"
A wonderful location. Within easy walking distance from everywhere. Staff at reception kind (not the same for people at breakfast room). Great breakfast buffet and huge room. Little expensive the shuttle service to/from airport - 750 ck - payed 500 by taxi AAA. I recomend the hotel above all for room/bathroom size and location.

"Convenient and comfortable"
We were disappointed when we saw the small and narrow lobby. But that was only a deceptive appearance as we realised most four star hotels on the street had the same narrow lobby. Inside is a whole different experience. The hotel is conveniently located, near shops, transportation, and tourist attractions. The rooms were reasonbly sized and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a reasonably good selection and the staff were friendly and helpful.

"Perfect place to stay!"
The minute you walk into this perfectly located hotel on Wenceslav Square, you are greeted by a youthful, friendly, warm yet polite and efficient staff. The rooms are simple, the beds very comfortable, especially those nice down comforters to sleep with! Modern large bathroom...just watch that tricky "lights and power" automatic shutoff. I f you don't put your room key (magnetic card) into the "power slot" when you enter your room, the power goes out after three minutes...very smart and energy efficient. Buffet breakfast was adequate, no variety, same choices every day. All the staff are curteous, helpful, smiling, and speak English of course. Definitely where I'll stay again.....very reasonable rates too!!

"Lovely hotel"
Hotel was fantastic, very clean, helpful staff. Breakfast was good, although if you're not early risers like us your options were limited :-) they did top it up now and then though. Our room was phenomenal - more like an apartment. I don't know if we were just supremely lucky or if all the rooms are like that... it had a sitting room with tv, separate bedroom and bathroom. It also had a large balcony from which we admired the snow-covered rooftops. The room was not expensive - special offer via well-known travel website. Location is great, half way down Wencelas Square. Noisy outside but very quiet inside, and quiet on the balcony too. Not far at all to Old Town Square, 5 minute walk if that, and a nice walk past all the shops etc. too. Supermarket just across the street.

"Wonderful Hotel, Good Location, Friendly Staff, Good Food"
We have just returned from a 3 night break at the Ramada. Arrived to find that we had been upgraded to a superior room. No noise heard whatsoever from the hustle & bustle of Wenceslas Square. Room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice - fruit, cereals, bacon, eggs, sausage, cold meats, cheeses - & all fresh. Service was exceptional. Would not hesitate in recommending to anyone !
