"Good basic hotel"
I booked this hotel after a lot of deliberation over reviews on this website. When we arrived, we were greeted by frendly staff, who were happy to sort us out with a room with a view of the Eiffel tower. The Eiffel tower is a 5 min taxi ride, or a very pleasant 15 minute walk away from the hotel. There was an excellent view of the top of the eiffel tower from our room at night. The metro line runs along past the front of the hotel but it is very quiet, and would not disturb your sleep!
We did not have breakfast in the hotel as there were plenty of bakerys and cafes nearby. The room we had was very small - typical of paris, but had a comfy bed and an excellent bathroom. The rooms were very clean, and were serviced every day.
The eiffel tower was the nearest central point to the hotel, and many trips could be taken from there. The street were the hotel was on has lots of lovely restaurants, and there is a shopping district around the corner.
If you are looking for a clean, reasonably priced and quite well located hotel, then this is the one for you!

"Pleasantly surprised"
Pleasantly surprised with the hotel as the rooms were nice & clean and large egnouth for a few nights stay and found all of the staff very friendly and very helpfull.
We asked for a room with a view of the eiffel tower in which we had but if you are a light sleeper it might pay you to book a room at the back due to the metro running alongside the hotel and also the fresh markets starting on a tuesday & sunday morning with the market stall holders arriving very early around 06.00 am.
Breakfast was adequate and found no need to look elsewhere outside for breakfast with the usual cereals, toast, scrambled egg & cut bacon and once again staff very friendly.
No problems with stopping at this hotel again and hopefully will return as paris is a lovely city and really enjoyed our stay there even thou we found it expensive for meals & wine etc, but this would be in keeping with most major cities and i found the paris people very friendly.

"A good choice"
We traveled to Paris in mid-March 2007, and had three criteria: we wanted to be in walking distance of our older daughter's apartment, wanted one room that would fit three people comfortably (parents and teen-aged daughter), and wanted to pay less than 200 euro/night.
After a great deal of research, we "settled" on the Ramada.
The room was American-style in good ways and bad: large, charmless and clean. It had a beautiful view of the tower. Most importantly, the staff were wonderful, helpful, and kind.
This was a perfectly good experience.

"Great lovely little place"
Stayed there in June, 2004. Rooms were somewhat small but very comfortable and extremely clean. Nice to have a full bath and ac. Hotel staff were wonderful and very helpful with any questions we had, and there were many being we do not speak french. Location was great, between two train stations and a lovely walk to the tower. Truly a french experience. Would stay there again as opposed to the much higher prices luxury hotels.

"Great Hotel- reports unfounded March 05"
Have just returned from a stay in Paris with my 4 year old son. I found the staff at this hotel very nice, friendly and helpful. When we arrived at the hotel my son had been sick on the journey and was sleepy. the room was very welcoming, lovely view. not at all noisy - even though the metro line was outside . I would most surely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Paris. Every Wednesday there is a typical French Market under the Metro line - the full length of the street. There are Brasseries and bistros serving delicious food. Nice walk to Eiffel Tower. Gap and La Roudette, and H & M (Shops) to the right of the Hotel.
When we returned from our walk to the Eiffel Tower and got to the room my son opened the door and still had the card in his hand, I was coming behind him with the buggy, The door shut with him inside (with the card and the fifth floor window open). I raced down in the elevator in a panic and the duty manager immediately got another card and came with me to open the door. He was great. My son was not in any danger and had remained sitting at the door.
The Breakfast was very nice, a great selection and very fresh. All in all I was impressed with the facilities and the staff and the surroundings.
