"A real find!"
Superb accomodation at a knockdown price in a quiet location just off the centre of Lisbon. Our triple room was smart and spacious and the reception staff were both knowledgeable and helpful. Metro journey into city centre took less than 10 minutes and cost only 0.65cents. You will be hard pushed to find a better deal anywhere in Lisbon!

"Excellent Value for Money 4* Hotel in Lisbon"
We stayed at the Real Parque Hotel, Lisbon for 3 nights (15th Oct 2005). Found that the hotel lived up to reputation of a great 4* hotel for a long weekend in the city. Good choice for breakfast, rooms clean & tidy & in a quiet location which was 5 minute walk from San Sebastio metro station. Would definitely recommend!

The reception staff were both knowledgeable and helpful. A very good breakfast was included in our rates. Sincerely I can't suggest a better hotel for such a price!

"A great stay !!"
I've booked this hotel on Expedia and I get a great price, about 70% off the normal rate. The hotel is close Parque Eduardo VII attraction. The closest metro stations are Saldanha and St.Sebastiao. Arriving from the airport you will be leaved in Saldanha square at about 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The St. Sebastiao metro station is under a big commercial center where you can buy anything and is perfect as base to move around the city (wonderful!!). By the metro you can reach the city center in about 5 minutes. The hotel area is safe, also in the night. The room, are absolutely perfect and clean, as the bathroom and the toilet. The breakfast is various, and you can find fresh fruit too. The personnel at the receiption is very prepared. I hope to stay here again.

"Fantastic location!"
I've just stayed at the Hotel Real Parque (Av. Luis Bivar 67) in Lisbon for a long weekend and I could not recommend this hotel enough! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean, quiet and an excellent buffet breakfast (inc. in the price) with a great choice of meats, cheesees, juices, scrambled eggs, bread, coffee, tea etc. The rooms are roomy (so are the bathrooms, I'm 5"7 and I could lie flat in the bath), the TV has 32 channels including BBC Prime and World, CNN and the usual suspects plus MTV and VH1. It's a two minute walk to the nearest Metro Station (San Sebastio) and shopping centre El Corte Ingles which has a big supermarket in the basement. It takes about 5 minutes to get into town on the Metro and even if you wanted to walk it, it's only 1.5 km's!!! Huge shopping centre Colombo is about 15 minutes north on the Metro. If you fancy going anywhere by taxi, there is a taxi rank about 20 meters from the hotel. Round the corner from the hotel you'll find friendly family run snack bars like "O Pedro" (out of the hotel door, turn right, about 30 meters) where a huge main course, 2 drinks, and a choc cake will set you back all of 5.50 euro per head!!! The only thing I would say if you're a light sleeper: ask for a room away from the front of the hotel as the traffic can be quite heavy especially late at night, it's a very popular neighbourhood short cut! The hotel does have thick windows and I didn't find it a problem but as I said, light sleepers might find it better on the other side. So, all in all a great trip! Highly recommended!
