"Nice hotel and convenient location"
I stayed at Hesperia Zubialde in September 2004 while in Bilbao for a business conference. The hotel was very nice - clean, quiet and with nicely appointed rooms. The front desk staff was also superb. They went out of their way to accomodate my requests and were very good at recommending restaurants and other activities. The restaurant coffee shop has a nice lunch menu with very good food and the morning breakfast buffet has great variety. I was also impressed with the location of the hotel. It is close to the conference exhibit center and the meeting facilities. Also, a modern light rail stop is just 1 block from the hotel which provides efficient and affordable transportation to the rest of the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

"Excellent Stay"
Stayed between 8th and 10th May 2004. Hotel was excellent. Good location. Rooms were spotless, staff very helpful and friendly and better still the breakfast was superb!
