Redang Kalong resort has its very own 5-Star PADI Dive Center. The center is managed by The Diver's Den with a Master Instructor who has been diving in the waters of Redang for the past 12 years.
The Pulau Redang Marine Park consists of 9 islands and is located 12 nautical miles North East of Peninsular Malaysia. This group of island is recognized as having one of the best coral reefs and marine ecosystems in Peninsular Malaysia and is the preferred destination for Malaysian divers.
Pulau Redang is rewarded with nutrient rich waters from the South China Sea and is home to many variety of marine life and reef building corals. The island is an ideal place to combine diving activities, snorkelling or just a relaxing beach vacation.
Daily domestic flights are available from Kuala Lumpur to Kuala Terengganu. The journey by air will take 50 minutes. From Kuala Terengganu Airport to Merang the journey is approximately 35 minutes in a local taxi.
Visitors can also get to Kuala Terengganu from most major cities by road; Penang (490km), Kuala Lumpur (460km) or Singapore (550km). Large comfortable coach services are available in all the major cities.
At Merang, our representative will guide you to our resort boat for a 35-40minutes ride to Redang Kalong Resort.
