This new resort comprises 3- and 4-bedroom townhouses, offering an outdoor swimming pool, sunbathing terraces, a relaxing lazy river and a waterslide. There is also a children's play area.

Check-in is from 4 pm. Check-in, registration and key collection are to be conducted from the Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. Keys may be collected after hours from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 hours a day via the toll-free number: 1 800 713 8356 (the urgent message option should be selected). On booking their villa, guests will be asked to supply credit card details as a refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required for each home or apartment. All apartments and condos are non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.
