Located in Davenport just off Highway 27, this resort is just a 10-minute drive from the Disney property and 25 from Seaworld. There is a fantastic grocery store and restaurants right near the property.

Renovated in 2006, these unique 2-storey townhouses offer guests the feeling of home in a tropical setting. Located in a quiet area these 3 and 4 bedroom units all have full kitchens. The air-conditioned resort offers plenty of amenities including a 24-hour reception, a cafe, a bar, a games room, a spa, fitness centre, restaurant, a playground and 2 pool areas. Free parking is also provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of this hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
