"Nice Hotel witch I recomend" After staying at the hotel for a week we must say that it was a pleasant stay for a nice price. The rooms are very spacious; the staffs are friendly and English speaking. Just ask for any help, and they will do their best. How noisy the rooms towards the road are, I don't know, but the room we had towards the backyard was quiet (beside some very distance city sounds and the lady upstairs with high heels). I believe the rooms towards the road are ok. Kitchenette was nice and was basically equipped, it was real bonuses to have the opportunity make some coffee, prepare easy food or chill down some "drinks”. The breakfast was standard and covered most needs, but could be a little boring if you are having a long term stay. Our room was very clean. The cleaning lady did a good job. The bathroom had towel heater, and the shower was nice. The TV was small and had only two English speaking channels, but hey, TV can you watch home! TV was free of charge and had CNN and Eurosport) Internet computer was offered free of charge beside the entrance. The Prague Post was found in the lobby, witch informs about what is happening in the town from week to week. It's within walking distance of the main attractions, but we ended up taking the tram or the user friendly underground witch had 2 different underground line and stations nearby. I strongly recommend a 3 or 7 day ticket witch works on all public transportation for just 200-300 koruna. The police station nearby seems very quiet and safe to have there. The districts in the area were nice with spread restaurants, bars, interior, other hotels, very small food stores, and so on. Not the typical tourist area, but you want get that ripped of like the guys in the middle of the town. In total this was a nice hotel witch we would like to use again next time we’re in town

"Nice Hotel" Visited this hotel 18 months ago and was impressed. Rooms were comfortable, spacious and equipped with kettle, hob and cutlery. Staff were friendly and courteous, continental breakfast was served in a plain but clean room and there was plenty breakfast options to choose from. Only negative point - hotel situated quite a walk from centre of Prague, but on a dry and bright day, this was no problem. Would recommend.

"Great hotel" I stayed at the Residence Select in Budapest, Hungary. The hotel was value for my money. The room I stayed in was at the back of the hotel and it was nice and quiet. The rooms are quite large and the stove and refrigerator were a plus because I was able to have my cup of tea every night. The breakfast was adequate. The staff is very, very helpful and pleasant. I looked forward to speaking to the young ladies every day that I was there. They helped me pick the right tours and arranged for taxi service for me. Although the hotel is not located in the city centre it is about a 10 minute walk or a short train ride to the centre. That was not a big problem because I was able to walk off all of the good food that I ate in Prague. The free internet service is definitely a plus. I would definitely recommend the Residence Select as a place to stay when in Prague. I would stay there again.
