Residenza Ki Hotel is a small family run hotel in the historical center of Rome with ten rooms completely rennovated and equipped with all comforts. The Residenza is located in Via Rasella, historical street situated 50 meters from Trevi Fountain and 100 meters from Spanish Steps and is the ideal place to stay in Rome. The Residenza is extremely quiet even if it is right in the heart of the historic center, surrounded by places and monuments that are symbols of the exceptional artistic beauty of the eternal city.

Residenza Ki Hotel is near Monumental Cemetery of the Capuchin Brothers, National Gallery of Ancient Art, and Spanish Steps. Another attraction in the area includes Roman Forum.

"thank you Gigi, our perfect host from Residenzia KI"
we just had a very nice week in Roma, and Gigi, from the Residenzia KI, was a perfect host. The Residenzia Ki is very nice, good rooms, clean and nicely decorated and very quiet, although it is in a very lively area, just a few minutes from the famous Fontana di Trevi. The Residencia is in a narrow and quiet street, very close tho the metro Barbierini which is helpful. Gigi greeted us very warmly (he speaks english, french, italian of course and certainly many other languages) and made us fell very comfortable, serving breakfast in the morning, tea or coffee during the day, and showing us places of interest on the maps. We had room n°203, one double bed plus one single bed, with one window in the room and one in the bathroom, very quiet, at the end of the corridor. Ask for it ! And do not forget to visit Palazzo Barbierini, wich is just up at the beginning of the street, it is such a wonderful place !

"Excellent hotel"
My friend and I stayed at the Residenza Ki for three nights in March. The hotel is on a quiet street and the location is excellent just a couple of minutes from the Trevi fountain with plenty of cafes just down the road. What makes this hotel really special is the service, we were made to feel instantly welcome by the host Gigi. He offered us a coffee straight away which beat any other coffee I tasted in the cafes. He spent time showing us a map of Rome and advising on the best places to visit, transport round Rome and where to eat and go out at night. One day when we were planning a late night he even offered to do us a late breakfast. The room was spacious and clean and the shower was good. We were given a coffee when we checked out and Gigi booked us a taxi to the airport. The hotel is not obvious from the outside as there is not a big sign so look for the green door and press the buzzer! All in all, I would definitely go back to this hotel, the location and friendly welcome is second to none and the room rate is very reasonable. I was really sad to go home!
