"Great place"
Stayed with friends at Residenza Vespucci. Great place, fantastic views - it's right beside the Arno with views up and down the river. Its location meant that exploring the city was easy. Francesco looked after us extremely well. Will definately go back.

"Fabulous stay in Florence!"
Our family of 9 just returned home from a fabulous stay in Florence. We had spacious accommodations in a very central location, and the view of the Arno was gorgeous! The rooms were newly renovated and the bathrooms were spacious even by American standards. We enjoyed coming "home" every night to our spacious living area and enjoying some wine before heading out to dinner. We had fantastic service from our host, Francesco, who provided great help with restaurant recommendations (places he dines, not tourist traps) and reservations, taxis, and suggestions for sights in the Tuscany region. He was very attentive and open to suggestions to make his B&B even more comfortable for his guests. Although we surbanites are not used to city traffic at night (which can be loud), we did adjust while there. We had a great stay and we all made a point to rub the pig's nose in the market with the hope we can return to Florence and Rezidenza Vespucci!

"A Room with a View"
The location is one of the best in the city, just a few minutes walk from Piazza della Reppublica and Piazza Signoria. And the view from our room was spectacular. The river Arno is just across the street, and from either or two balconies, you can see both the Ponte Vecchio and across the river to the monastery that sits on the other side of the river. I can never remember the name of that place, but there it is anyway. Don't underestimate how good this location is. Florence is a city in which you walk everywhere you go, and from this central location, you can get to anywhere in the city center in under 15 minutes. I would definitely stay at Residenza Vespucci again, and hopefully will stay there again soon.
