Hotel Ritza is situated it the heart of the resort complex Saint Constantine and Helena, 500 metres from the seacoast. It takes a few minutes to get to the city of Varna and a quarter of an hour to get to the airport by car.

The hotel was designed in 1999 by architect Radoslav Rashev who is very famous in Varna. The architecture of the building combines modern and classical styles.
