Nestled in a 6.5-hectare tropical oasis, this first class hotel has a wonderful location just 100 m from the nearest beach that can easily be reached by passing through the garden complex. The nearest shopping centre as well as convenient links to the public transport network links are located just 50 metres from the hotel. Playa del Ingles lies some 5 km away; it is 60 km to the capital town of Las Palmas and 37 km to the airport.

Partly renovated in 1998, this fully air-conditioned luxury hotel has a total of 342 double rooms spread over 5 floors. Amongst the hotel's first class facilities count a 24-hour reception desk, 4 lifts, exclusive business facilities, a public Internet terminal, a hairdresser's salon, a salon bar, a TV/ video area, a restaurant with non-smoking area, an a la carte restaurant and a restaurant for snacks in the afternoon. In addition, there are room and laundry services as well as a playground and kids' club for those younger guests (depending on the number of children, for those aged 4 to 12 years of age).
