This bungalow complex is centrally yet quietly located and surrounded by magnificent gardens. Guests are within easy reach of the centre with its cafes, bars, restaurants and the varied nightlife. In addition, a stop for public transport may be found just steps away from the hotel. The sandy beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot (350 m).

The complex is spread over a 2-storey main building and a total of 71 2-storey bungalows. The inviting lobby offers guests a 24-hour reception desk, a bar and a games room. In addition, there is also a conference room, a TV room and an a la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area available for use. Additionally, a public Internet terminal may be used in the complex. A bicycle hire service rounds up the hotel's offerings.
