This hotel has the best location in Mazatlan, at the entrance to the golden zone, and is characterised by its marvellous beach, spectacular sunsets and a view of three islands. A public transport stop, various shops and nightclubs are to be found nearby. A wood and a central bus stop are about 30 minutes away on foot. Half an hour away by car are sights, such as El Faro, the Angela Peralta theatre, Plazuela Machado square and the historical centre. Culiacan is roughly a 2-hour drive. Gen Rafael Buelna airport is located around 19 km from the hotel

The 4-storey beach hotel has a total of 134 rooms, including 8 junior suites and 10 suites. The hotel is air-conditioned and has a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange, a cloakroom, a lift and a safe. Within the hotel there is also a cafe, the Palapa bar, which is renowned for its tropical cocktails, and the El Condimento a la carte restaurant, offering a terrace with ocean views and local seafood and king prawn specialities.
