Renovated in 2002, the complex lies in a 6,500 m² garden area and offers a number of 1-storey buildings with a total of 70 appartments with 1 room. Various facilities are available to guests including a 24-hour reception (in the peak season) and a safe box. In addition, a snack bar close to the swimming pool, Internet access and bicycle rental are to be found within the grounds. Children may take advantage of the playground and those aged 4 to 12 years may take part in the kids' club activities.
Water, gas and electricity are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every three days. Bed linen is changed once a week.
