The apartments are situated on the Costa Calida, next to the Mediterranean Sea, in the district of San Javier. It is just 1.5 km to the Mar Menor and the beach. 2 km away guests will find a shopping centre with a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops.

This recently built apartment resort comprises apartments, semi-detached residencies and villas. On-site there is an office which is open until 7 pm (from which keys can be collected), a bar/cafe with a restaurant offering international cuisine, and a shop specialising in golfing equipment, where guests can also rent everything they need for a round of golf. The resort also offers a car park with controlled access and 24-hour video surveillance.Keys are to be collected and dropped off at the rentals and services office in the resort. Collections after 7 pm must be arranged in advance.Coming from the AP-7 motorway, exit at 786 (Urbanizaciones/Los Narejos).
