"Flawless service" Hugely impressed with the hotel, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Excellent, quiet location. Spacious, well equipped rooms, public spaces elegant with no degree of stuffiness. Food was very good. Defining feature, however, was the staff, who were truly outstanding. Not just well trained, but showed real initiative, and seemed genuinely anxious to please. Trip was organised around a celebration for my parents, who were thrilled by the whole experience.

"A birthday dream come true ......." Myself and my partner have just come bck from a 2 night weekend break from this hotel - we decieded to go to prague to celebrate my birthday and wow what a city - but even more so what a hotel. I work in the travel industry and specialise in Luxury products and so I have seen many 5 to 6 star properties in Europe and in Asia . But this hotel really excelled in their service with each and every member of their staff. The room type we were given was a Deluxe room - This is the 4th room catergory up - Every single detail had been carefully thought out and it was hard to leave the room but we had to - to see the beautiful city. I think it is worth researching which room catergory you think would suit you best as although all the rooms are very similar in decor its the unique features that come in some that make it that bit more special to you. its a great location with a very understated yet elegant enterance. Right on your doorstep is the beautiful Charles Bridge which connects to the old town and to Mala Strana - Its was a really romantic and special experience that will be a memory that stays with me a lifetime.

"what a city, what a hotel!" Just back from a first time 3 day trip to Prague. What a wonderful city - so much to see, good food, safe and a really good vibe. We expected great things of the Mandarin Oriental but it was exceptional. Collected from the the airport in a Mercedes Limo which was a lovely start to the weekend. The hotel quirky in it's design being formed from a monestry and sits in a quadrangle around the garden. The location is fantastic being in a very quiet area, 5 mins from Charles Bridge, Kampa Park, Petrin hill and the tram stop to the Castle, Cathedral etc.. Our superior room was fantastic overlooking the garden and styled in a contemporary fashion with lots of limestone, leather and silk. Great toiletries from Aromatherapy Associates to enjoy a soak after the all the walking! You bypass reception and checkin in your bedroom. The tea has to deserve a special mention as I am still carving the fantastic brews! Staff are unpretentious and nothing is too much trouble. Business Centre was excellent and free. We never ate in the hotel except for breakfast which was excellent but can recommend the Kampa restaurants and V Zatiki We will definately be going back as we both thought the place was magical and so romantic.

"Absolutely perfect" If you want a beautifully decorated, nothing is too much trouble, peace and relaxation and fantastic location then this is the place. We spent a weekend here after a business conference in the hotel. I would thoroughly recomend it, one of the best hotels I have stayed in with superb service and attention to detail. Prague is also a beautiful city and great for a weekend getaway.
