"Expensive but very nice"
Book your hotel stay in Albania through [--]. They generally have the best rates, you don't need to pay anything in advance, the reply very quickly to emails and also offer personal advice. The Rogner is a nice business hotel, the main draw being the lush mediteranean garden and swimming pool. In the winter I would probably stay at the cheaper and (even) more centrally located International Hotel. But in the summer heat the pool and garden are perfect! if you already spend the money, spend the litte extra for a room towards the garden.
