"Perfect for short breaks in the city"
We had a short Christmas break in Paris and stayed at this hotel and had a great time. The rooms are well-sized and clean - and if you're lucky there's even a view of the nearby Arc du Triomphe. Also nearby is the Champs Elysees, so it's well placed for shopping. Staff very friendly with good English. It's also nice and quiet, despite its central location. We would go back.

"Favourite hotel in Paris"
Great small hotel, feels like home, very friendly staff, reasonably prize, comfortable and clean, great location, excellent breakfast. It is old but clean and good spacing. I love this hotel, I have been coming back to Royal hotel for every trip in Paris for 5 years now

"Great location; good hotel"
The location of this hotel couldn't be more perfect! We ordered a triple luxe room, however, and when I got there, found out that a triple room is really a double room with a cot - rather deceiving. Additionally, the "bar" area was pretty lame. Overall, though, the staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean and the location was perfect!
