"Great Hotel!"
I stayed at the Royal Olympic in early February. This hotel is really nice. Our standard room was clean and we didn't have problems with any of the ammenities. The bathroom was quite large, with granite/marble floors and bathtub/shower. The beds were pretty comfortable and the rooms were good sized overall. One of the nice things they have is a full breakfast for their guests. They have American things (pancakes and bacon) and European things for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Athens!

"Excellent location"
The Royal Olypic Hotel is opposite the Temple of Zeus and very near to the Plaka and the Acropolis. I had got a very good deal on the internet and when we first arrived they said they did not have a double room only twin bedded ones. However they soon found one and it was perfect and very modern. The lobby is fantastic and the inclusive breakfast excellent. The pool was not open but looked perfect. The bar prices were ridiculously high. Our whole trip however was perfect.

"Great stay, wonderful view"
Stayed in an AThenian Panorama room. It was the best view I had ever seen in my life! The breakfast was delicious and the people there so kind. Would definately recommend it to friend!

"Beautiful hotel, great location"
A friend and I stayed at the Royal Olympic Hotel the last of May. It was the perfect location - across from the Temple of Zeus and just blocks from the Plaka. The hotel lobby and pool area are beautiful and the staff very professional. Our room was a very nice typically small European and had a small balcony overlooking the pool. Even if you don't have a view from your room, you can sit in the bar with a view across the street to the Temple of Zeus. The hotel is within walking distance to the Plaka and the Acropolis. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and Athens!
