This hotel is situated at the heart of the hotel zone, and offers views of the Caribbean and white sandy beaches. Restaurants and links to public transport can be found in the immediate vicinity. Isla Mujeres is around 40 minutes away, Playa del Carmen and Xcaret are around an hour away, and Xel-Ha and the tourist centre of Tulum are roughly 1.5 hours from the hotel. Cancun International airport is 14 km away.

This family-friendly, air-conditioned club resort is made up of 5 complexes offering more than 1500 rooms in total. It also features a garden. Facilities include a foyer with 24-hour reception, a cloakroom, currency exchange counter and lift access. There is a total of 10 restaurants and 5 bars with the best Mexican, Italian and Caribbean food, including seafood and speciality buffets every day. Shows and entertainment provide a new restaurant experience. Whether laid-back or elegant, the food and the service reflect the tradition of excellence. There is also a hairdresser, conference facilities, Internet access, bike rental and a car park. Laundry and room service are available. For younger guests there is a playground and kids' club.Each of the five hotels closes for one week every year for maintenance work. The breakfast buffet costs 9.95 USD per day.
