"Lovely hotel!" From the very outset, this hotel ticked all the right boxes, although, apart from breakfast, we never ate in the hotel. The reception and lobby are quite beautiful, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room, although lacking any sort of view, was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, (although no tea/coffee facilities) with only a small problem with the shower, which had a tendency to try flooding the room.... The location is a little off the beaten track, but 30-40 mins pleasant walk takes you to the city walls and the legendary Djema el Fnaa. If you can't/won't walk that distance, as soon as you walk out of the hotel, a petit taxi usually appears as if by magic, so hone your negotiation skills and jump in! Breakfasts were good, with a great selection of dates, figs, apricots, prunes and other mixed fruits to give that authentic Morocco feel to be washed down with a mint tea (but that's an acquired taste).
