San Giorgio Hotel is located in a wing of the historical Gothic palazzo which once belonged to the Pesaro family and was later bought by Mariano Fortuny. Today the palazzo also houses the Fortuny Museum which has many of the artist's works including his stunning lamps made of printed and painted fabric.

One of Hotel San Giorgio's distinctive traits is its warm, family atmosphere. Its rooms still have that typical Venetian elegance seen in the stucco work, Venetian glass and garnet-red marble.

To ensure the guests enjoy a truly unforgettable holiday and absorb the unique atmosphere of the city, our staff will be delighted to offer suggestions for a guided tour, to book tickets for a concert or a car for a sightseeing trip.

San Giorgio Htel is in the heart of Venice, set between Campo Sant'Angelo and Campo Manin, surrounded by the peace of Rio Ter� della Mandorla, next to the Fortuny Museum. An ideal situation, only a few steps away from the Accademia and its many works of art; St Mark's Square, the symbol of the city; and Ca' Contarini del Bovolo with its famous spiral staircase - climb to the top for an outstanding view of the city on the lagoon.
