The complex is located in the historic heart of the city, just around 10 minutes from its shopping district, and about 15 minutes from its financial centre, approximately 30 minutes from the surrounding agricultural land and 20 minutes from the nearest airport.

This hotel, which was built in 1995, offers guests the choice of a total of 200 rooms on 5 floors, and has an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility and lift access. In addition to this there is an on-site cafe, a bar, a restaurant and a hairdresser, as well as a range of shops and a conference/ function room with a capacity for up to 800 people. Guests may also make use of the hotel's public Internet connection, room and laundry services and medical assistance. Parking is also provided for those arriving by car, some of it in a garage. Disability-friendly rooms are also available.
