"great"
We were with a group of 4 people, all just turned 18. This was our first trip by ourself. Because we were about to go to universities all over the country, we found it very important to make this holiday great.
I have to say, it really was great.
For the price we paid, almost 300 euro for 4 nights, with flights from Brussels included.
The hotel is very nice and clean, friendly staff. Most of them speak English. The breakfast area is on the top floor and offers one of the most beautiful views I had ever seen.
The location is perfect. Really close to the beach and train station (but no noice problems), and you are in Lisbon in no time, and allmost for free, but yet you are not in the city, but in a very beautiful beach resort, with long promenades, great beaches (although water can still be quite cold) trendy bars and disco..the biggest casino in europe with a great park (really beautiful by night) everything young people need to have a great hoiday, ... Free bike rental in Cascais, we used them to go to Cabo da Roca, the most western point of mainland Europe. (quite a trip :) but really beautiful)
This is the place to be if you want to combine a holiday that combines the culture of a city trip and the relaxation and sport possibilities of a beach resort.
I loved it, I'm not really a person that goes twice to the same place, but for this one I like to make an exeption.

"Superb hotel, loved every moment"
We spent three nigts at the Sana Hotel and were impressed from the start considering the great price (88 euros p/n). The staff were very helpful, they really made my noisy, excited two year old daughter feel at home, and we were sad to go. The pool let down as it wasn't used by many people and felt rather empty, but with the beach across the road it wasn't a real problem. Recommended to couples and families alike. Worth it for the views alone.

"Great hotel"
Just spent 7 days at this hotel.
Very nice. Good value. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful.
Located on busy road but we didn't notice any noise and had a fabulous view from our balcony on the 5th floor.
Ate in the hotel on 5 nights - meal nice and good value.
Then spent each evening watching the free entertainment in the nearby casino - definately worth a trip.
Estoril is a good base for seeing the local sights due to the excellent public transport to Lisbon, Sintra etc. Also lovely walk around coast to Cascais.
Tip - use the airport shuttle - cheap and reliable.
