memorable stay
Everything you need! My stay was lovely at Sandman downtown. I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel. At the hotel, I was welcomed by cordial staff. I slept on a comfy bed and had a great time at Moxey's bar. The best thing about the room was the fabulous view from my window. Location was also good close to the public transport. No complaints and recommended! |

"Location and Service"
Location is key for this Hotel, and it has everything you need. Pool, hot-tub, Moxies, Mbar lounge. The service is second to none.
Transportation is located right outside the doors to take you anywhere in the city. Take my word, Try the Downtown Sandman Hotel in Calgary, you will enjoy the value and service. |

"Fantastic service and location"
Can't praise the staff enough - warm, friendly and very helpful.
Comfortable clean rooms. Very good location - on the same street as the C Train - therefore free transport to all the great shops. Had some of our best meals in Moxies. |

"Excellent"
Stayed for 3 nights in April 2004, got a fantastic huge corner room on 22nd floor facing south and east and a full kitchenette. Staff were excellent, and could use business centre to access internet for free. Great location, fantastic stay, and good value - booked on Expedia a few days before and got this amazing room for a very good price. Would defintely stay there again and at other Sandman properties as a result. |

"Great Price and Location"
Good Hotel and Excellent price. Location is excellent.
No need to worry about crime as downtown Calgary is very nice. I seen a few sketchy characters in the downtown area but far less than I seen in any other major Canadian or U.S. downtown area.
If you are considering this hotel do not hesitate. |

"Nice hotel in good location"
The hotel is in a perfect location on 7th Avenue. It is just a very short walk to the C-train, which is free on 7th Avenue!
The room was not big, but well-equipped. Everything you need is in it. Very good quality for the price!
Ther is a underground parking, which is easy-accessible from the street and from the hotel.
We had a very nice stay here. I would recommend it to my friends. |
