"A great place to stay in Penticton" I have stayed at a number of Sandman Inns in interior British Columbia for business travel and the one at Penticton is by far the best. The staff are very friendly and helpful. For a budget traveller like me this is an ideal stop. The rooms are clean and the ones that are renovated are done very nicely.

"Great room, old bathroom" The hotel had been upgraded in the last couple of years and it shows. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are very nice. The only thing they didn't update were the bathrooms (you'll see the pic). We checked in quite early and were very accommodating. The room we had booked was non-smoking but when we walked in it smelled strongly of smoke. Upon speaking with reception they upgraded us to a room poolside with sliding doors to access the indoor pool and that made up for it all. You could get a bridge at reception and hook your computer up for internet. The hotel was quiet, there's a Denny's attached. The place was great, lovely room, great service, would stay there again without hesitation.
