This hotel is located at the heart of Santander, within a short distance of the like-named bay. The hotel's central location adjacent to the casino means that it is only a stone's throw from an array of shopping and entertainment venues. The wonderful Playa del Sardinero lies just a few minutes walk away and it is 3.5 km to the main train station. The nearest links to the public transport network are a few paces away and transfer to the airport, which lies approximately 12 km away, takes roughly 20 minutes.

This 9-storey hotel comprises a total of 350 rooms including 6 suites. Facilities include an elegant foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange desk and lifts in addition to a shopping arcade with a small supermarket, boutiques and a hairdresser's salon as well as an in-house nightclub, a cafe, a bar and a stylish a la carte restaurant in which a selection of dishes and drinks are available. There are conference rooms with modern seminar equipment for business guests and it is possible to make use of the public Internet terminal with WLAN access point as well as the room and laundry services.
