"Excellent hotel"
I stayed at this hotel on a leisure break in January 2006. I got a rate of just £13 (yes £13!) per night. The hotel is in excellent condition with glass elevators overlooking the bar/lobby area. The hotel is ultra secure with the lifts and even lobby area toilets requiring the use of your key card before they will operate.
My room was nicely sized with fully working free of charge wi-fi internet access. The bathroom was adequate but noticeably absent of a bath.
The staff were efficient and pleasant. As soon as I presented by HHonors Gold Card I was given a 50 SEK drinks voucher for each night I was staying. Fruit and water are also free for Golds although I was disappointed this did not get delivered to my room as is supposed to happen with a Gold card.
The location was also useful - far enough out to be quiet but within easy walking distance (5 mins) of the main parts of the city.
The only thing I really didn't like was no tea/coffee in the room and chargeable in the lobby - in every other Scandinavian hotel I've ever stayed in, it has been free.
