After a complete renovation in 2006 the famed castle hotel on Lake Fuschlsee reopened its doors again, to reveal the spectacular results of the refurbishment. The hotel’s unique historic atmosphere remains as glorious as ever.
The multi-award winning gourmet restaurant Imperial practices what can only be called a celebration of innovative cuisine. Three toque chef and “Anti-Aging” author Thomas M. Walkensteiner indulges his guests with light Eurasian gourmet creations. Guests may also allow themselves to be inspired by a special sampling menu.
The restaurant's comprehensive wine selection offers the perfect accompaniment to each course. The Restaurant Imperial is a non-smoking establishment. Seating capacity: approximately 32.
