"beat my expectations" This hotel is in a great location. Friendly and helpfull staff. Rooms bright and clean. Decorated with bright modern furnishings. I had a great time and would recommend to all my friends.

"Great location and price!" was in a quiet location and the room was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good and food was very fresh! Staff were friendly and personable, always saying "hello" (In German) to us when we walked by. Only gripe I have is that we asked for a double bed and instead got two twin beds pushed together... not extremely comfortable sleeping in the "crack". Highly recommended!

"Comfortable and friendly" The rooms are spacious by European standards. It's a very comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast that was included with our rooms was very nice. The staff were extremely friendly. My mom went down one night to send an email home to my dad but she couldn't work the computer in the lobby so the guy at the desk took her into the office to use the computer. When her email was returned, he insisted that she use the phone in the office to call. She tried to tell him that it wasn't necessary that she probably just had the address wrong but he just insisted. So, she called Dad for free! My husband and I thought the location was just fine. The tunnel is actually kind of cute. Our trip was in 11/04.
