"superior service"
Don't be put off by the well used entrance and chaotic reception, this hotel provides excellent service especially in the dining room, the food was very very good, our single rooms were large , clean and quiet, the staff could not do enough to help. Tip: give your car keys to the reception as the car park is very busy and they need to move the cars around. Others have said this hotel was expensive, our booking with Kuoni was great value for such high quality service. Not as good as the Park at Burgenstock but it is very hard to beat.
