Nicoletta Hotel burst upon the Zermatt scene in 1970 and since then it has garnered an excellent reputation. Sparkling with a contemporary shine, the established Alpine tradition of parquet floors and cozy tea lounges has been eschewed for wall-to-wall room carpeting, a clever use of glass (for views of the looming Materhorn), modern furnishings and energetic service.
This is a good hotel for its class which offers guests all the comforts of todays modern hotels but with a more traditional atmosphere and good levels of service.
The grill room is situated on the fourth floor and has stunning views of the alps. The cuisine served here is mainly Swiss specialities, but a selection of international dishes is also available, so most tastes are catered for. The hotel also has a piano bar which is furnished in a traditional style and has a pleasant, intimate atmosphere.

Rustic party place and bar for private functions and team events. Seats up to 40 persons.
* Piano-Bar with billiard corner:
In winter with a view to the ice-rink and in summer to the tennis courts. Artistic piano player and barkeeper. During the winter season management invites guests every Sunday for a welcome cocktail.
* The Hotel Nicoletta is connected by an underground passage with the spa & beauty area of the Hotel Mont Cervin Palace.
