This beach hotel is located directly beside the sea, within a few paces of the nearest inviting sandy beach. Public transport departs from stops that lie just a stone's throw from the hotel and scores of shopping facilities, countless restaurants, bars, nightclubs and additional entertainment venues are to be found in the surrounding area (350 m away). The town centre can be reached within 30 minutes on foot.

Built in 1936 and renovated in 1999, the hotel comprises a total of 155 rooms spread over 5 floors of which 54 are doubles. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a lift and a cafe. There is also a bar, a games room, a TV room and an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant with non-smoking area and highchairs for infants on offer to guests. Furthermore, the hotel has its own car park and a garage.
