"I had a wonderful time"
Everything was great. I do however have one small complaint. Those trigger sensitive snack machines next to the t.v. My sister was getting ready to "move" the stuff out of the way, when I scared the heck out of her yelling "don't touch anything or I'll have to pay $15 bucks for a bottle of cashews."

"Great location for downtown convention"
Location was great for a conference at the Hilton, which was one block away and much more expensive. great heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Deli with starbucks, friendly staff throughout. Restaurant food not as good as deli. Concierge a big help for planning activities

One of the best hotels in the Atlanta area. Sheraton is a name I have grown to know and trust for quality and top notch service while having to spend time away from home. The employees are taught that the customer is always right, and they deliver on that promise.

"Great location!"
We went tio see the Georgia Aquarium. We were less than a fifteen minute walk away. It was perfect. We used the hot tub and pool (under a retractable roof in case of bad weather) with bar service at the pool. The desk was very helpful (it did take 3 swipes for our keys to work properly). We were looking for a place to go for a drink after dinner, for piano or jazz music, and the only place we found on our own was Daily's. There is enough smoke (cigar bar) on the street with the door closed to let me know I didn't want to go in. Our concierge made a few phone calls and sent us a couple of blocks away to the Atlanta Grille (in the Ritz-Carlton). Perfect light Jazz and great bartenders and no smoking. We gave the concierge a thumbs up and a tip. The hotel rooms are on the small side with the bathrooms even smaller, but everything works or will be fixed. The beds and pillows are awesome. There is even a massage therapist on site to work out your kinks. By the way, the aquarium is worth the trip.
