"A wise choice"
We ( older couple) decided to stay here and opted for the club room, which were both good decisions. The room was nice, clean, and quiet. We had asked for a quenn or king-sized and got 2 smaller beds, but that was the only problem. The business lounge, which is included with the club rooms, on the 9th floor was very nice and we spent the evening just relaxing, snacking, and talking about our vacation. Only inconvenience was there was an "event" going on, so there was no parking, which meant we had to umload at the lower level and carry our bags up the flight of stairs to reception - not a good first impression. The next morning, we walked right into the terminal and we again agreed this was the right choice for a hotel.

Good all round hotel. We walked in on the off chance of a room (had a bad experience at a hotel we had booked and decided to try Sheraton instead) The room we were given was large and clean plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children. The staff had fantastic customer care skills. We would stay here again without a doubt.

"Perfect Pit Stop to anywhere"
Met my husband there to continue on to a trip to Asia. Ideal stop after a long plane ride. The room was small but comfortable and clean. Ideal location at the airport for hanging out until your next flight. Hotel restaurants offered good food. The one German restaurant had delicious food and great ambiance. Enjoyed the Wiener Schnitzel and Riesling wines. Fitness center had all the amenites you need along with a great view of watching cars fly down the autobahn. I would definitely stay at the Sheraton again. Location is way too convenient!

Fantastic Airport hotel
The room was spacious and very modern with the new Sweet Sleeper beds. The A/C in my room worked well and I even slept under the duvet. The Club lounge was great- snacks in the evening and cooked to order eggs with bacon and sausage for breakfast. In the lobby, there is even an Oxygen Bar. Being attached to the airport, the location is very convenient.

Good if you have an early flight
Pretty neat - a hotel that you don't have to exit the airport to get to. We had an early flight the next morning - so this worked perfectly. Rooms are nice and clean. Extra cost for concierge level is well worth it. It gives you access to a very nice lounge that has snacks and free drinks. Snacks are generous enough to make a light dinner.

Can't beat the location
The hotel is located just over the pedestrian walkway from the hotel which is great if you're just there for an overnight layover like we were. The room was large and modern. The staff was very nice- when we had a flood due to the air conditioner at 1am (something I assume is unusual), someone came promptly to take care of it and when I requested fiber fill pillows (they provide feather pillows and feather duvets) they were also prompt. The breakfast was the best we had out of the 8 hotels we stayed in. Pancakes, french toast, eggs cooked to order, many sausages, potato wedges, cereal, yogurt, cold cuts, pastries, chicken wings and baked beans (must be a German thing). Overall a very pleasant stay.
