Loved The Hotel, excellent service, Great Breakfast
I stayed at the sheraton on my first visit to Muscat. I had a goiod time. I was in the executive room on the 9th floor. The room and the beds were excellent. The entertainment was good. Business Centre was good and helpful. The staff were very good and I would say great Customer service, The Omani staff is not as good but the other staff was excellent.

Fantastic Hotel For Business Travellers
I stayed at the Hotel for 4 Nights. It was an excellent stay. Great service from the staff. Executive rooms are very well equipped. Free access to business centre, free drinks every evening at the business centre. Amazingly fantastic food and the staff were very courteous and service minded. |
