"A welcome surprise!"
Stayed at the Sheraton park from 2/22 to 2/8. Chose this hotel based mostly on T. A. reviews. Check in was easy, staff very friendly. The place was really spotless!!!! And I am very picky. The beds and bedding are very comfortable, The room was not huge, but for the price acceptable and had everything we needed, including a small frig. The key to our pleasant stay was paying the extra for the "Club level". Totally worth it!!! If you can afford it, it is a must.
It was pretty chilly when we were there so not too much pool action, but the area was nice, clean and a few people in the pool and hot tub seemed to enjoy it. Only had a salad at Mollys and some apps at the bar, but they were adequate and not crazy expensive. The fitness center was small, but very clean and had the latest machines and pretty much everything you needed. It was never really crowded. Having a laundry center was really handy too, this also was spotless.
The only drawbacks were too many employees either could not or would not speak English. The staff were all friendly and impeccable in their uniforms, but too many could not answer some basic requests(box of tissues, simple directions ,etc). I don't know if this can really be helped or even blamed on Sheraton, but I guess after awhile it could get mildly annoying. Also, the concierges did not seem like they could answer any out of the ordinary questions, i.e. a good place to run, where to play tennis (well he told me where, but gave me poor directions, said to make a left and I would see it "right away" but it was actually @ two miles down the road. Again, not a major problem.
We did have a decent balcony but saw the tiny ones.. I don't think the hotel could legally call them a balcony.
All in all, for the price it was really good and definitely above average. Changed my opinon of Sheratons for the better. Kudos to the staff there.

"Best nights sleep ever!"
Our daughter had a cheer competion March 4, 2007 and my husband myself and our 11 year old daughter decided to tag along. We booked a room at the Sheraton Park Hotel. The main reason we had picked this hotel was because they allow pets. We decided at the last minute not to bring the dogs. So when we arrived we asked if we could get a room on an upper level. They put us on the 7th floor,. It had a great balcony that was very nice. You could watch the fireworks from there but we watched from the park. But the absoulutey best part about this hotel was the 2 queen size beds which apart from our bed at home which is a temperpedic and wonderful, this bed was soooooo comfortable. They gave you 4 cozy pillows to snuggle up to. It was by far the best nights sleep I have EVER had in a hotel room. So, after a long day at the park these beds are heavenly.

"Great time at the Sheraton Park"
My teenage son and I stayed at the Sheraton Park hotel for 4 nights. We picked it due to the good pictures we saw and the reviews. I also knew approx. where it was from Disneyland. I was very impressed with this hotel. Guest Services went out of their way to help us, from booking the Universal trip to running out to his car to get us quarters! I cannot say enough about this hotel. It was clean and the beds were awesome. The restaurants in this hotel are good and the servings are huge. We both enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a busy day at Disney. Great hotel Fabulous guest services!! Also if you need a starbucks coffee just walk across the parking lot to the Hilton they have one there.

"A great place to stay!!"
My husband and I are quite the picky travellers and the Sheraton Park Hotel fit us perfectly. The room was a standard 2 queens with the very comfortable Sheraton sleeper beds(we would have prefered a king but it was a very busy time of year). It was very clean and comfortable. The best part was the patio and it was and we had a pool view and loved it! The mini fridge in the room was very handy as we like to have water and fruit on hand. The front desk staff was usually quite helpful and overall was very pleasant. Most mornings there was a message from guest services asking us if we required any towels or other items for our room. We had one breakfast in the restaurant Molly's and found the food to be okay. It was a basic breakfast but they did make it to our liking(ie. only egg whites in the omelet). We also had a meal at the other restaurant on site and found it to be quite good and a very casual and comfortable atmosphere.
The location of this hotel was great- we walked to Disneyland as it was a short 10 minute walk- the street felt very safe and was well lit when walking back after midnight. There was also tons of stores and restaurants around the Hotel.
My only issue with our stay was from the Bella Hair Salon in the Annabelle Hotel. Someone at our hotel reccommended it and what a mistake it was to go there. I phoned over a month in advance to book hair appts for my friend and I and requested a quote for there services. I thought it was reasonable and agreed. This all changed when we were paying for the services! It was extremely unprofessional as they up there prices at the last moment even though they agreed they had quoted me otherwise. It turned out to be an unpleasant trip to the Bella Hair Salon.
Other than that our stay at the Sheraton was great and we would reccommend this hotel to other travellers- best way to book this hotel is in a package as it can be more expensive otherwise.

"Very Generous!"
I was originally booked on the 6th floor facing the pool, but then I requested a room facing the park so I can watch the fireworks. Well, since there were no other standard rooms facing the park available, we were booked a luxury suite on the 14th floor! It was amazing! Lots of details, fresh flowers, huge bed huge bathroom. It was a sweet deal. Later I was told that the person who booked me in the that room was not supposed to have done that but they let me stay anyway. Thanks! Also I hooked up with some rather fine ladies at the convention we were attending and they thought we were some big shots because of our room. All I have to say is: yada yada yada, man I'm really tired.

"LOVED THIS HOTEL"
We have recently returned from a family holiday to Disneyland, and had the joy of staying at the Sheraton Park Hotel Anaheim.
We are a family of two adults and three teenage girls and found the facilities perfect, the location to Disneyland was spot on, and the view from our ninth floor room was spectacular, especially each evening when the fireworks display at Disneyland was on....
The rooms are spacious beautifully equipped and the beds are luxurious, not to mention the rooms being spotlessly clean.
The staff are very friendly and very helpful.
After a 12 hour flight from New Zealand this Hotel offers a welcome retreat..
Highly recommend it. We changed after eight nights here and went and stayed at the Disneyland Hotel for three nights, we were very disappointed with that Hotel, would not stay there again.

"great place to stay"
Just returned from a holiday in California, staying in 5 hotels during our holiday and this hotel was the best. Its location for Disney was great, we walked to the park. The rooms were well thought out, clean and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfeast at Molly's kitchen was good value and the service was excellent. The pool area was clean and well mantained. I would recommend this hotel.
