"Great service!"
We stayed there just for one night and came late. The welcoming was very warm and friendly and the room cozy and included all amenities you would expect for this type of hotel. Great breakfast and very friendly staff overall. Will come back to this hotel when again in Vienna!

"Excellent Choice"
The room was beautifully decorated with a clean, modern bathroom. The service, which I used several times during my week-long stay was very responsive, with a staffer showing up at my door within minutes of any call. The location is ideal if you want to be close to the main action, but not right on top of it. Every staff person with whom I dealt was friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English.
