Guests can enjoy traditional Spanish cuisine and International dishes from an a la carte menu in this formal dining room overlooking the sea. Decor is ornate, with gold statues and marble flooring and there is live jazz music in the evenings. Open daily for lunch and dinner.

* Brasserie Le Jardin:
Conservatory restaurant serving daily breakfast buffet and, in the summer months, brunch and lunch. Outdoor seating also available.

* Piano Bar:
Guests can enjoy coffees, drinks, cocktails and snacks in this wood-panelled bar. Open every day until late with live piano music in the evening.

* Guests can take a swim in either the indoor or outdoor swimming pools or play tennis in one of the two floodlit courts.
