"Fantastic, professional, first class hotel"
This hotel was absolutely amazing.
There's so much to say about it, but let me start with the staff. The staff is incredible. They all speak English extremely well and are pleasant, accomodating, and helpful. They have excellent knowledge of the city and where to eat, and they will answer any question that you might have. About a month before I stayed at the hotel, I had booked overnight train tickets from Bilbao to Barcelona online. Unfortunately, you cannot book an overnight car if you aren't in Spain to pick them up. I called the Indautxu and spoke to one of the staff members, who said that she would be delighted to get the tickets for me and that they would be waiting at the desk when I got there. When I got to the hotel, my tickets were there along with a warm smile.
The rooms are first class. A king size bed with fluffy pillows and soft linens, a minibar, a nice view of the terrace outside, a free personal safe to stow your valuables, as well as a very nice marble bathroom. The TV was on when I entered the room and displayed a personalized welcome message.
The breakfast service is cheap but excellent. For 10 euro I got croissants, honey rolls, fruit, yogurt, fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee, hot chocolate, eggs, bacon, and french bread.
The air conditioning cranks so it's a good place to hit in the summer. The hotel is also centrally located about 10 minutes from the Guggenheim. It's a bit of a hike to the Casco Viejo, but there is a metro stop called "Indautxu" and it's only three stops away. The Bilbao metro is the best way to get around quickly because the city is so small!
This hotel is amazing. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

"Well placed, well pleased"
A very good hotel, clean, modern and airy. Some rooms (incl ours) have balconies. Staff knowledgeable, multi-lingual and friendly. Excellent restaurant and easy access to a range of other restaurants, bars and shops. Old Town is about a 15 minute walk for the more sprightly or 6 euros in a taxi. Hotel easily accessible from the airport in a cab for around 18 euros. Guggenheim Museum about 10 mins walk. A very enjoyable stay.

"Superb Value for Money"
Terrific staff and very comfortable rooms in a convenient location (10 min walk) for the Gugg / shopping / nightlife / old town. All of my travelling group couldn't believe a hotel of this standard was so cheap. Half decent bar too packed with locals, air crews and residents. Hope to visit again.
