The hotel is situated right on Barcelona's Gran Via. Plaza Catalunya and other tourist attractions are all a few minutes from the hotel, so guests will have the opportunity to get to know the true soul of Barcelona. Close by are, for example the Paseo de Gracia, the Plaza Espanya (around 1 km away) and Las Ramblas (around 1.3 km away). The station Estacion de Sants is some 2 km from the hotel and Barcelona International Airport is about 20 km away.

The innovative and minimalist hotel was renovated in 2006, has a total of 51 rooms, of which 2 are disability-friendly, and offers guests a lounge with terrace for the breakfast buffet on the roof-mezzanine. In this air-conditioned building there is also an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a cloakroom, a hotel safe, a currency exchange service and lift access. In the Media Centre there is free Internet access (WLAN), a library, international press and a TV. In addition to this guests have a cafe, a restaurant, a laundry service and a garage at their disposal.
