This apartment hotel is centrally located near to the main tourist attractions. It is less than a kilometre to the sea, the beach, an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, nightclubs and the public transport network.

The beach hotel was built in 1975 and renovated in 2002 and consists of 61 apartments on 4 floors. The facilities include air conditioning, a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk, a lift, a cafe, a TV room, a car park and a children's playground. A laundry service is also available. The hotel has a spacious garden. Quick way from Faro to Solferias, direction of Portimao(always motorway), before Portimao, turn out of the motorway to Lagoa, go to direction of Carvoeiro, after the 2nd traffic lights turn right to Carvoeiro, 4km after Lagoa is a Petrol station called CEPSA , 200meters after this, turn right up the hill for another 400meters, the Hotel is on the left side.
