Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF): Approximate driving time is 45 minutes and distance is 45 km (28 miles). See driving directions from Buffalo Niagara International Airport Driving directions from Buffalo Niagara International Airport: Exit the airport toward Buffalo. Bear right (southwest) onto SR-33 and merge onto the New York State Thruway N. Take I-290 N to I-190, continuing north toward Niagara Falls. Exit onto the Robert Moses State Pkwy. Continue north on Quay St. Turn left onto Rainbow Blvd, and left again onto Niagara St. Continue northwest via the Rainbow Bridge into Ontario to Victoria Ave. Turn left and continue on Victoria, which becomes Ferry St. Turn left onto Fallsview Blvd. The hotel is 1 block down on the left.
