"Would stay there again."
Nice clean hotel; underground parking in secure garage. Two sinks and good heat and AC. We didn't spend too much time in the room, but it was clean, quiet, and we were able to find a couple of wireless internet connections (not belonging to the hotel). Our first floor room opened onto a small patio on the front.

"Reasonably Priced & Decent Hotel"
I recently stayed at this hotel in late January 2007.
I booked the hotel off their website for around $100 per night, which was cheaper than most hotels in Banff at this time. Definately not the cheapest but about mid range.
The hotel has underground parking (you have to get a spot early when it is busy or you will have to park outside) and in the parking area, you can store your belongings (skis, snowboarding gear, etc) there - just get a key from front desk.
The rooms are very basic, nothing fancy at all, but fairly well kept. No complaints. The location of the hotel is pretty good, you are less than a 5 min drive into the the main shopping area of Banff.
i did not see it until the last day but there is also a hot tub and pool area downstairs....
Overall, especially during high season, if you can get this hotel at a decent price, it is worth it. I notice they were charging around $130+ most recently for a room, which is pretty steep for this place. So best to gauge how the price compares to others before booking. You won't be disappointed with the hotel but again you wouldn't be absolutely impressed with it either!
